Yubadocs accepts many insurance plans

We are contracted with Blue Shield PPO, Healthnet PPO and Medicare.  Assignment rates apply for these plans.

If you have any other PPO (preferred provider organization) health insurance, we will submit the bills to your insurance company for you. Keep in mind however, that the amount that an insurance company will reimburse depends on both the company and your particular plan.

We are contracted with Sierra Nevada Medical Associates to provide urgent care services to their clients.  People with HMO plans contracted with Sierra Nevada Medical Associates must contact their Primary care physician and obtain an authorization.

Most out of area HMO insurances will not authorize us to see you for routine problems, but may for urgent care medical problems.  You are welcome to be seen at Yubadocs, but you will be responsible to pay your bill at the time of services. We will mail you the paperwork you need to bill your own HMO insurance for reimbursement.

For un-insured patients, we offer a 20% discount since the bill is paid in full at the time of service. By law we can only offer this discount to uninsured patients.

We are not contracted to take Medi-Cal insurance.
